Then select SEND and then select SHORTCUT TO DESKTOP.
This will place an icon to this website on your desktop.

Here's how to put an SCR icon on your desktop so a double click on the icon goes to the Resident Website.
In the browser address box, click and hold on the icon next to the http://www.scres.org/inside_frame.asp.
Drag this icon to the desktop to create a desktop icon that has the extension '.webloc'.
To rename the desktop icon, click on the label below the icon just once. The label will be selected. Pause. Then click again. Now, the label will be in a 'typing box'.
Delete all of the label EXCEPT for the extension '.webloc'. Type a new label name for the desktop icon, (e.g. Resident Website Home Page.webloc).
